Any of the products below will be able to resolve a malware issue, and which product you choose is based entirely on personal preference; I only list multiple competing products in the interest of remaining unbiased. These products are not ranked in any particular order based on viability or effectiveness, as they all serve the same purpose and which product you decide you like is completely subjective.
That being said, for this category, I will admit I do have a personal favorite (STOPZilla).
