So how does this work?

This website is designed to help users of all types resolve computer issues using diagnostic flowcharts specifically tailored to individual skill level and problem. After the cause of the problem is identified, a list of solutions to the issue is displayed along with links to the necessary hardware or software needed to rectify your problem.

This service is provided completely free of charge for all users. The flowcharts are constantly added to and given revisions as more computer issues not already listed on the charts are submitted (admin@thetechnomancer.com).
